In the last
weeks, idea proposals were:
- Expats Business Networking
Events at BERNEXPO in Bern
- Cantons expat
network events ( eg. Bern expat breakfast)
- Swonet chill out
in Fribourg
- …and many others
This week idea
is a little bit different and is replaced by a
virtual networking exercise proposal!
I proposed to all the job4U2
members to take advantage of this group to grow their linkedIn network, by
connecting with each other.
Why: to be
efficient, your linkedIn network should count a very minimum of 60 first level
connections (ideally in area of interest; Switzerland)
The more you
have SECOND LEVEL connections, the more visibility you have on linkedIn members of
interest. This is really useful when preparing for an application; you can find
out who is doing what, see their background, their education and sometime their full job description...
If you are
interested by the topic networking in Switzerland and if you are a dual-career
spouse, join us on the job4U2 Circle HERE
